In order for some files to open and display correctly, the files may require that
other applications be installed on your computer. If you are having difficulty opening
or displaying certain files, you can use this page to install or download the appropriate
viewer applications to your computer so these files display correctly.
Please
be sure to click on the Help Center tab to confirm that
your computer meets the supported system requirements.
Generally,
if you have a newer computer and/or operating system, these
applications will already be installed; and no additional
installations are necessary. For example, if your computer
has a relatively new version of Microsoft Works or Office,
you should be able to open all Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
files, respectively.
Note
that McGraw-Hill does not support the use of these 3rd party
applications, and can not guarantee the applications performance
on your system. Refer to the 3rd party provider's website
for the latest versions and technical support as required.
To download/install the software, click on the appropriate
file and follow the on-screen installation instructions
provided by the application. (You may have to select "Run
This File From it's Current Location" and, if a Security
Warning is displayed, select "Yes" to accept the
content. The application will then be installed on your
hard drive. You may be asked to close existing applications
(such as this cd-rom browser window) and restart your computer.
(The viewer may not function properly unless this application
is restarted)
